SEMI-FINAL ROUND (TEST EXAM)

• All participants in the Semi-Final Round will receive a certificate of participation.
• The top 3 participants in each grade group and language category will be awarded hard copy medals and certificates by mail.
• Other participants will receive digital certificates based on their overall score within each grade group and language category. Grade groups are as follows:
  GROUP 1 > Grades 3, 4, 5
  GROUP 2 > Grades 6, 7, 8
  GROUP 3 > Grades 9, 10, 11
• Digital Award Breakdown:
  Top 3 participants: Gold Medal and Hard Copy Certificate
  Top 15% → Digital Gold Medal Certificate
  Next 15-35% → Digital Silver Medal Certificate
  Next 35-60% → Digital Bronze Medal Certificate
  Next 60-80% → Digital Honorable Medal Certificate
  Next 80-100% → Digital Participation Certificate

FINAL ROUND (INTERVIEW)

• All Final Round participants will receive a certificate of participation.
• The top 3 participants in each grade group and language category will receive hard copy medals and certificates by mail.
• Grand Final Program Discounts: The top 3 students in grades 3 through 11 (up to 36 participants total) will be eligible for discounts on the Grand Final Program, provided all other eligibility criteria are met:
  1st Places → 75% discount
  2nd Places → 50% discount
  3rd Places → 25% discount 
  

Grand Final Discount Conditions

To be eligible for the Grand Final (GF) discount in online exams, the following conditions must be met:

1. The GF discount winner must be part of a group of at least 8 students attending the Grand Final.
2. Alternatively, the GF discount winner may participate with an accompanying adult, who must pay the full participation fee. No discounts apply to accompanying adults.
3. Grades 3 and 4 discount winners must attend with an accompanying adult. Even if part of a group with a responsible teacher, they must be accompanied by an adult.
4. The GF discount winner and accompanying adult must share a room. If a single room is preferred (subject to availability), an additional fee will apply.
5. GF discounts are based on the early bird price, if early price has been announced.
6. Discounts are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be deferred to future years.
7. Students qualifying for discounts in multiple categories are awarded only the highest discount.
8. Discounts are applicable only to the GF program and do not cover optional trips or activities.
9. Discounts are valid up until the regular (late) registration deadline.
10. If a student registers and pays the deposit or remaining amount before receiving a discount, the discount rate earned will be refunded.
