If a student or group cancels their participation after paying the registration fee, the registration fee will not be refunded.
If a student or group cancels their participation after paying the remaining amount, the amount paid will not be refunded.
If a student or group cancels their participation in the optional extra one-week program in the optional trip after paying the participation fee, the amount paid will not be refunded.
The participation fee will not be refunded in the event that a visa cannot be obtained due to the absence of a visa appointment or if the visa applications are rejected by the consulate. The consulate's decision to reject the application is determined through the examination of the documents submitted by the applicants. The decision is influenced by the content and authenticity of the documents provided by the students, parents, and teachers during the visa application process. (The olympiad committee will issue an official invitation to participants for submission to the Netherlands consulate to facilitate the visa application process.)
In the event that the Netherlands government closes the entrance to the Netherlands from all countries due to COVID or other reasons, 50% of the total paid price will be refunded.
If the Netherlands government closes entries from specific countries due to COVID or other reasons (high-risk region), participants from these countries will refunded of 25% of the total paid amount.
