{"id":60,"date":"2024-01-02T12:01:13","date_gmt":"2024-01-02T12:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hi-lingua.org\/gf\/?page_id=60"},"modified":"2024-11-18T11:39:31","modified_gmt":"2024-11-18T11:39:31","slug":"terms_of_participation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hi-lingua.org\/gf\/terms_of_participation\/","title":{"rendered":"terms_of_participation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n    \n    <section class=\"u-clearfix u-section-2\" id=\"sec-7cf2\">\n      <div class=\"u-clearfix u-sheet u-sheet-1\">\n        <h4 class=\"u-text u-text-1\"> TERMS OF PARTICIPATION<br>\n        <\/h4>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"u-clearfix u-section-3\" id=\"sec-7c32\">\n      <div class=\"u-clearfix u-sheet u-sheet-1\"><\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"u-clearfix u-section-4\" id=\"sec-fa8e\">\n      <div class=\"u-clearfix u-sheet u-sheet-1\">\n        <p class=\"u-text u-text-1\"><b><\/b>\n          <span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">1.\tOfficial Language:<\/span> English is the official language for all correspondence and organisational matters. <br>\n          <br>\n          <span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">2.\tProgramme Overview:<\/span> The Hi-Lingua GF Summer Adventure will feature a range of challenges and examinations in all four language categories of the Hi-Lingua Language Competition, tailored to different age groups and language proficiencies. <br>\n          <br>\n          <span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">3.\tRegistration and Supervision: <\/span>\n          <br> - All participating students must be registered by their supervising teachers. <br>- Each supervising teacher is required to register a minimum of 8 students. <br>- Teachers are responsible for supervising their students throughout the programme. <br>\n          <br>\n          <span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">4.\tQualification Criteria: <\/span>\n          <br>-\tParticipation in the Hi-Lingua GF Summer Adventure does not require specific qualifications or a minimum score from the online rounds of the Hi-Lingua Language Competition. <br>-\tThe programme is inclusive and open to a broad range of participants without prior achievement requirements. <br>\n          <br>\n          <span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">5.\tParticipant Quota: <\/span>\n          <br>-\tThe event will accommodate a maximum of 250 participants. <br>-\tQuotas will be distributed proportionally among participating countries based on registration numbers. <br>-\tEach country can have a maximum of 24 student participants and up to 3 accompanying teachers. <br>-\tIf places remain available after the initial allocation, additional invitations will be extended to groups on the waiting list. <br>\n          <br>\n          <span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">6.\tEligibility: <\/span>\n          <br> - The programme is open to students from Grades 3 to 11 without specific age restrictions. <br>- Students in Grades 3 and 4 may participate with an accompanying adult (parent, guardian or teacher). <br>- Students in Grades 5 to 11 must participate under the supervision of a registered teacher. <br>\n          <br>\n          <span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">7.\tFinancial Support for Teachers: <\/span>\n          <br> The Olympiad committee and sponsors will cover teachers' expenses related to accommodation, meals and local transport during the event. However, visa fees, insurance and flight expenses remain the responsibility of the accompanying teachers. <br>\n          <br>\n          <span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">8.\tCommittee Authority: <\/span>\n          <br>The Hi-Lingua Olympiad Committee reserves the right to revise the event's structure, rules, and guidelines to enhance quality and participant satisfaction.
